Integrated Pest Management
IPM is a comprehensive, systems-based approach to pest management with the goal of providing the safest, most effective, most economical, and sustained remedy to pest infestations. IPM reduces the risk from pests while also reducing the risk from the overuse or inappropriate use of hazardous chemical pest-control products.
IPM simply means:
- Don’t attract pests
- Keep them out
- Get rid of them, if you are sure you have them, with the safest, most effective methods.

Cockaroaches
Transmission
Transmission occurs indirectly from contact or consumption with objects that have been contaminated with roaches.
Diseases
- Plague
- cholera
- Salmonellosis (Bacteria)
- Typhoid fever
- Dysentery
- Campylobacteriosis
Cockaroaches can also trigger other Allergies, Asthma and spread E. Coli(food poisoning) and Streptococcus.
The Takeover
Each female lays about 120 eggs in her lifespan, which makes the infeststation occur seemingly overnight.
Rats and Mice
Diseases
Rats and mice are known to spread many diseases worldwide. Such as Asthma, Allergies, Hantavirus, Monkeypox, Rat-Bite fever, and many more.
Damage to your home
Rodents can chew through wires, such as electrical or cable wires. As well as air condition ducts and nesting in insulation in attics.
Transmission
These diseases spread to people directly from contact with rodent urine, feces or saliva,( from eating food contaminated from rodent waste or breathing in air with rodent presence), or rodent bites. Rodents can also carry fleas, ticks, and mites.

Mosquitoes are capable of carrying and transmitting bacteria, parasites, and viruses, including Dengue, Malaria, EEE, West Nile, and Zika.

Mosquitoes will leave itchy bites after they bite you, which could lead to a secondary infection if you scratch and microorganisms enter the wound.

Mosquitoes breed in standing water, so properties near ponds, marshes, depressions, and containers that collect rainwater are a risk.

Lights that provide bright areas around homes attract mosquitoes.
